We are currently looking to expand our team, as we get ready to enter an exciting new chapter of growth. Our hotel has recently come under new management with ambitious ideas for change - one of which being our newly renovated bar lounge.
Set in the town centre of Warwick, only a stone’s throw away from the castle. The Warwick Arms Hotel is a lovely 17th century building with lots of character and charm.
Part- time; combination of early/late shifts
As a receptionist you are the first person the guests see when they enter the hotel, and the last person they see before they leave. It is up to you to ensure the guests stay from start to finish is memorable.
Shifts can be any day throughout the week (including weekends) with earliest starts of 7am and latest finishes of 10pm.
Responsibilities:
· Can do attitude, with willingness to help other departments if necessary (e.g. our breakfast or bar team)
· Ensure the guests are checked in and out properly on the hotels system
· In put reservations made either online or over the phone
· Carry out end-of-business day procedures - banking responsibilities including cash counting and data input.
· Handover all relevant information to the next receptionist
· Ensure the reception area is kept tidying and welcoming for guests
Full training provided.
