ASSIGNMENTS:
As a Manager you are responsible for the smooth running of the Gallery and a key player in the success of one or more points of sale.
Your main tasks will be:
Ensure your sales hotlines and supervise the gallery team in order to offer an unforgettable customer experience to our visitors;
Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of the gallery (cleanliness, stock, security);
Manage schedules and the distribution of daily tasks;
Ensure the reporting of sales and productivity figures;
Participate in the initial and continuous training of salespeople and be a source of proposals for the continuous improvement of our service.
PROFILE:
First successful experience (3 years minimum) as a sales consultant in a retail brand required;
Strong appetite for the business / retail environment;
Excellent command of English imperative;
Ease with office automation (Mac).
