We are seeking a hardworking, creative and enthusiastic individual to manage this new team and help us to provide a great resource for the young people across Lancashire, supporting them to achieve their potential and secure a positive outcome for their futures.

Improving the outcomes of all young people across Lancashire, regardless of their ability and background, is a key priority for Lancashire County Council and this post will help us to achieve that.

This is a fixed term, full time position and, whilst the post will be officially based at County Hall in Preston, flexible working arrangements will be available. To undertake this role effectively, you must be committed to travelling within Lancashire and surrounding areas. The post will be for 2 years from date of appointment.
