An exciting opportunity has developed at Doubletree By Hilton Cadbury House, one of Bristol's leading hotels. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Receptionist to become a part of our Front Office team.
As Hotel Receptionist you need to ensure that all guests are given a warm welcome to the hotel and that they are registered according to the hotel’s standards. You will deal with any guest queries during their stay and ensure that they are being looked after.Receptionists assist and communicate with all departments ensuring a smooth stay for guests and would need to be able to deal with all reservation queries, adhering to correct selling procedures and rates in order to maximise yields. They must also ensure they are aware of all promotions and facilities available in the hotel and that these are sold at every opportunity.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities:

Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone
Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all times

Ability to multi-task
