The Big Bakes is the UK's number one baking event. It is an award winning immersive experience and we are looking for the perfect candidate to host our customers and lead the show. A passion for baking is desired.
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly entertaining, personable, driven and organised Event Hosts to join our team and journey, who will be integral in managing our award winning Birmingham site.
The successful candidates will help lead our events and run the day to day of our existing Birmingham location.
The role provides significant diversity, with experience in events management, organisation and customer experience.
Our Event Host roles consist of the following:
- interacting with people
-hosting a tent full of budding bakers
-supporting novices in creating fantastic baked goods at a truly unique Birmingham location
- taking a lead on the overall management of the event
Strong customer service, presenting and leadership skills are required for the role and, ideally, knowledge and a passion for baking. We are happy to train the right candidates with baking knowledge to support them in fulfilling the role.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 16 - 24 per week
Salary: £13.00 per hour
