Prime Time Boilers have been the go-to boiler installation guys since 2010, we are continuing to see significant growth in this sector and are now looking to expand our business further by recruiting an experienced senior boiler sales advisor.

The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of sales including video call surveys, documenting boiler requirements, communicating with the directors of the business, discussing the installation process with customers, and completing all relevant paperwork on behalf of the company.

Responsibilities

• Carry out video call surveys for new boiler systems.
• Document all customer requirements of the new system to ensure engineers complete jobs effectively and efficiently.
• Effectively communicate the job requirements to the allocated engineer/s
• Thoroughly explain the process of the job to the customer.
• Complete all necessary paperwork in line with company procedures.

Skills And Experience

• 2+ years' experience working in the boiler trade (or similar)
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Must be computer literate and have worked with various software packages
• Fluent English speaking and writing abilities along with an easy to understand telephone voice.
• Self-motivated, Friendly, presentable, thorough and with a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
