Hostess Supervisor
About the Role
This is a service and strategy focused role, with a key focus on maximising the customer experience, driving covers, and leading a team of hosts. In this role, you’ll be liaising regularly with the Reservations team to ensure all costumer bookings are accurate, clear and properly accounted for in the restaurant.
The role will be essential to ensuring that each customer has a pleasant journey when they visit our restaurants as well as ensuring that seating and covers are being maximised at all times. The role requires standing for a long period of time.
About You
You will have worked in a senior host position previously, understanding the level of service that is expected in a fine dining environment. Having Seven Rooms experience would be advantageous.
You have a strong customer service focus and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You can motivate your colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the operation maintaining company standards at all times. You have excellent organisational skills and are able to work at pace whilst remaining calm and self-assured at all times. You have a good attention to detail, which will be evident through paperwork completed and organisation of department.

We are currently looking for a Host Supervisor to join our passionate, supportive, and successful Restaurant teams, all within our iconic Knightsbridge store.
Here at Harrods, we currently house more celebrity chefs, and exclusive dining brands than any other location in the UK. Through our Front of House staff, we drive ourselves and inspire others to always push for more and to create moments of magic for our customers.

- Annual salary of up to £39,000 (This is made up of generous base salary plus service charge*)
- Set contracted hours with minimal late finishes
- Overtime paid at time & half
