Hospitality and Ticketing Coordinator
London
As a Barclays Hospitality and Ticketing Coordinator, you will provide logistical hospitality & ticketing opportunities through our Group partnerships. In this role you will offer solutions and manage internal & external relationships by advising on and delivering a portfolio of client entertainment initiatives aligned with firm wide strategies. You will work maintaining high standards of project management for Events, Hospitality and Merchandise.

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. • Managing Barclays sponsorship ticketing, Hospitality memberships and broker requests
- Developing and managing the flagship hospitality projects from inception to execution including (e.g. creative sessions, effective team working and delegation)
- Liaising with the Sponsorship team, using data to identify utilisation trends and working with the business to fulfil
- Developing practices, strengthen and maintain significant relationships with key infrastructure, front office partners and external vendors
- Working with enthusiasm toward process improvement, providing the best quality service to internal & external clients across all of Barclays
- Managing the budget management, tracking/reconciliation, ticket price forecasting, invoice processing, client reimbursements and raising purchase orders
- Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed including compliance, security, vendor negotiation, data management, best practices and hospitality management execution
- Following Barclays policies, governance and health & safety risk assessment procedures for all activity
• Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in the Financial Industry or Hospitality/Ticketing industry
- Experience working with clients/stakeholders
- Proven skills and experience in negotiations
• Proficient in Microsoft skills (Ppt, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Aptitude and ability to navigate using different technology systems
- Excellent team player, confident, proactive, responsive and enthusiastic behaviour
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) ability to persuade others
