As a Hospitality Assistant at Sodexo in Bristol - Clifton College, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. This role includes overseeing the hospitality staff ensuring our vibrant meals are served with a smile and the kitchen and restaurant remains hygienic. What you’ll do:
- Oversee the setup and serving of hot and/or cold foods from counters and steamtables
- Ensuring equipment and workstations is sanitized
- Reads recipes and/or product directions and estimate food requirements
- Overseeing the replenishment of food from counters and steam table and break down stations at the end of meal periods
What you bring:
- Positive attitude, professionalism and respect for others
- Basic food-handling skills
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- {Insert Certification} or equivalent experience; no previous work experience required
- Have previous supervisory experience.
