About The Role Are you a NHS 111 Pathways Trained Clinician? Then this is a great opportunity to join us working 100% remotely and also receive a Golden Hello bonus or a personal CPD. After you successfully pass the 6 months’ probation you can choose to receive a Golden Hello bonus of £2500 or a personal CPD of the same value to be used after 12 months of employment. The Golden Hello bonus and personal CPD are only available to new starters who are already Pathways trained when they join us and the value is pro rata for Part-time. Please note that during the probation period we will need you to work from the closest site to you. By bringing together NHS 111 call centres, clinical assessment and other urgent care services, we enable patients to access the right care, when they need it. It’s better for everyone. You can join the team full or part-time, we create bespoke shift patterns for all our new starters to try to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your life style but we will still have some requirements such as working every other weekend and a few evenings. About You What you will need: Registration as a nurse (NMC) or paramedic (HCPC) Excellent listening and communication skills, with good IT and keyboard skills. A real passion for providing outstanding patient care, with a commitment to making the most of continuous learning within a well-structured, well-supported team. NHS Pathways licence What you will get: Pay: £22.39 per hour (7am-11pm) and £25.46 per hour (11pm-7am), with further pay enhancements for some of our busier shifts. 25 days’ annual leave, increasing with service up to 28 days per year + bank holidays.
