Oxford City Council has an opportunity for a methodical and conscientious individual to play a key role as a Triage Prevention Officer in the Housing Needs Team.
As a Triage Prevention Officer, you will deliver excellent customer service, with a can-do and solution focussed attitude, whilst working to tight deadlines. You will be the frontline to the Options Team and provide key support in taking phone calls, managing inboxes, triaging emergency approaches, providing housing advice and signposting clients, while working closely with our other Prevention teams.
