Job description

Nanny / Mother's help required to assist a family on a live-in basis in Calvert, Bukinghamshire. Required Monday to Friday.

You will have your own bedroom. This is a family of 5 i.e Mum, Dad and 3 children . The eldest child is 12 years old and doesn't require nanny care so your care and attention will be focused on the two younger children aged 10 and 6 years old.

The family is looking for someone who can work with them as part of the family and hopefully stay long term (last nanny worked with them for 4 years )

Typical day routine:
- Hours are Monday to Friday (5 days) . General work day will be 7 hours from 6.30am-9.30am and then 3.30pm -7.30pm.
-Family gets up at 6.30am, you will help get kids out of bed and get them ready for school
- The parents do the school run and in this time you will tidy up after the morning activities eg cleaning breakfast dishes, and assisting with any other tasks as directed.
- During the day you are responsible for laundry and ironing
- You are responsible for keeping the house clean. Typically you will do a main cleaning once a week and the rest of the time will just be keeping on top of day to day tidy up.
- Kids return from school around 3.30, you are responsible for snacks, lunch and also their dinner preparation
- You will keep them engaged and get them to sit and do their home work or other tasks
- Your day will end around 7/ 7.30pm once kids are ready for bed
- In addition the parents will also require your support for babysitting from time to time with prior notice eg during night time or an a weekend if the parents are out socializing etc
- Rate £450 weekly
