Sonic vans are out on the road and in the public eye - so it’s vital you drive in a safe, responsible way and deliver with a friendly smile and helpful attitude.
Part of a 2 man delivery team delivering both locally and nationally, we expect you to:
Be physically fit with no existing back / muscle conditions. Be flexible and able to work weekends on a rotational basis.
Follow scheduled delivery routes. Drive safely and responsibly. Keep our customers up to date by phoning ahead if you’re running late. Be friendly and helpful from the moment you arrive. Follow the correct procedures with every delivery.
Not just keep your vehicle clean but also tidy and well cared for. Keep your vehicle refuelled, maintained and operational. Make sure you carefully carry out all checks and procedures from pre-delivery to post-delivery.
To drive our vehicles, you must have held a full driving licence for at least 7 years and have the ability to drive a 3.5 ton van.
You must also have no more than 3 points on your licence.

Salary: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
