Golf Shop Assistant.
We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our professional shop team at Northampton golf club.
We are looking for a Golf Shop Assistant, to work alongside the golf manager and other shop staff to grow and drive the golf business forward.
The candidate must have knowledge of golf and have a friendly and welcoming manner.
What are we looking for?
You must have understanding as to how a golf club operates, whilst looking after our current members, potential members, and visitors
A welcoming face and friendly attitude to greet those arriving at the golf club. You will need to respond to enquiries, offer advice to golfers and collect green fees
Play a part in the running of the golf shop, selling and advising on merchandise, ensuring the stock is effectively displayed and rotated when necessary
· You must ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness personally, as well as in the shop and other facilities at the club.
-A friendly phone manner to take booking details and payments from people planning their visit to the club
-Be able to export and input data.
- Help with course marshalling and starting.
-Help competition, societies and shop admin.

- To maximise revenue by approaching and selling to customers.
