- A Golden Hello! The ‘golden hello’ will be paid over 2 years. This post attracts an additional 5% bonus payment for two years; this will be paid into your salary as monthly instalments. (Example: HI therapist with 1 years' experience: Basic salary including 15% HCAS £ 46,836 plus bonus payment £2200 total annual salary £49,036

- A hybrid working week, with some days in the office and some days working from hom
- Full or part time (min 3 days per week) opportunities available
- Team away days, mentoring, a generous CPD programme (including opportunities to train in IPT/EMDR/BCT/MBCT therapies and IAPT supervision), monthly clinical skills, reflective practice, and weekly clinical supervision and opportunities to lead on specialist interests and contribute to service development
- An interesting and varied caseload covering referred and self-referred patients primarily suffering mild to moderate mental health problems, including anxiety and depression, with a mix of in-person and virtual appointment
- You’ll provide a specialist and caring CBT service to our clients who are primarily suffering mild to moderate mental health problems, including anxiety and depression. This will include providing specialist CBT therapy, facilitating CBT groups and supporting PWPs to facilitate community and/or in-house workshops
- In addition this role involves providing advice on clients’ psychological care to non-psychologist colleagues and carers, and supervising other colleagues including trainee therapists and PWPs and trainees from other professional groups as appropriate
- You will be based in the Isleworth Centre team base and Health Centres in the London Borough of Hounslow, as well as home working
- This role will include working with people from different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary, and you will be passionate about providing an equal opportunity for all clients to access our services
