Introduction

Lineage Logistics are the world's largest provider of temperature-controlled logistics.

To support customer demand, we are currently seeking a Class 1 HGV Driver for the following shifts in our Gillingham depot:

Shifts

• Sunday to Thursday nights

The role

In this role you will:

• Ensure the vehicle is legal and roadworthy at all times - all daily checks are completed, and any vehicle defects are reported.

• Ensure the correct goods have been loaded and are secure before moving the vehicle.

• Carry out trunking and multi-drop deliveries in a timely manner and in accordance with the law (including drivers working time regulations)

• Double check deliveries with the customer whilst providing a polite and helpful experience. Obtain relevant signatures and paperwork before returning to your home depot.

Who we're looking for:

• Must hold a valid C+E class 1 driving licence, a valid in date DigiTacho and valid driver CPC

• At least 12 months Class 1 driving experience

• Someone who can lift up to 18kg

• You to be able to communicate clearly with other team members in English.

• A competitive starting pay rate of PS14.32 per hour, plus a shift allowance of PS55.00 (nights only)
