The team at Rondo La Cave is looking for a waiter/waitress to join our wine bar, residency kitchen and shop based beneath The Hoxton Hotel, Holborn.
Open Tuesday to Saturday, La Cave currently boasts 126 bottlings of natural wine curated by the manager and has a line-up of exciting up and coming chefs both domestically and abroad set to take residency. Within the restaurant is a wine shop which will also expand online and allow for delivery across the UK by next day delivery. By years end we plan to have over 200 bottlings of wine including the largest selection of sparkling wine.

What you'll do...

What we're looking for...
- You're looking for a place where you can be you, no clones in suits here
- Experience working in a wine led restaurant or bar, not necessarily natural wine as training is provided. If you have no experience but want to learn you need to show us that you're teachable
- You're comfortable with being adaptable, the role will include running food, speaking with guests, pouring wine, making drinks, communicating with the team, hosting and understanding the environment
- You want to push yourself to improve and are looking for a place where we can facilitate that
- Goes without saying, but you'll have a passion for the restaurant, wine and bars industry and will be available to work full-time hours
