The Best Connection are currently seeking an experienced Administrator for a part time role to join our well established client based in Crawley Duties include: Liaising with HGV drivers coming into the yard and ensuring they are checked accordingly Operating the weighbridge (training provided) Handling telephone calls and answering customer queries Dealing with emails and ensuring that relevant emails are filed correctly Data entry Requirements: Previous admin experience Excellent customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communications Experience using Microsoft Office The successful candidate will be required to work between 20 - 25 hours a week depending on days worked.The company is open 0700-1600 Monday - Friday and 0700 - 1200 Saturdays. Flexible working days available, this may be discussed during telephone interview Paying £11ph.
