Could you be a leader of the future?

We’re looking for talented graduates with big ambitions to become future leaders at ABP, the UK’s biggest port operator. With a starting salary of £28,000 and a rotational scheme covering a number of different placements, our two-year Graduate Training Scheme gives you a 360-degree view of our organisation, providing you with the skills and experience you need to launch a successful career.

Prepare to be challenged

You'll be given real responsibility early on, working closely with the commercial teams and other business leaders on big projects. Placements will give you vital experience in Finance, Marketing, Public Affairs, Communications, Strategy and Project Management.

Who we need

We’re looking for graduates with a 2:1 or above and a real interest in developing a career within commercial management. You’ll also need a positive attitude, great team working and communication skills, and the drive to make a real difference. Although you’ll primarily be based in one region, you should also be willing to travel or relocate around the UK to our other locations. After submitting your CV, successful applicants will be invited to complete online competency tests, followed by a telephone interview and then, finally, an assessment centre.

We look after our people

As well as a competitive salary, you’ll get an annual bonus, access to our pension scheme, life assurance, private healthcare, employee discounts and the opportunity to purchase additional holiday. You’ll also receive ongoing support from your mentor and senior sponsor, regular reviews, and opportunities to develop your skills.
