Job description
Successful power sport vehicle company seeks Level 1 Helpdesk Support person. This role requires 40 hours a week on-site in Foothill Ranch, CA and offers a pay range of $20-$25 per hour, with health benefits and PTO after a 60 day probationary period.

Job responsibilities include:
- Provide first level support to our Parts and Vehicle warehouses as requested
- Receive phone calls from Team Members and Dealers for support issues
- Log calls into the ITSM tool (Easy Vista) as a Request or an Incident
- View the user's workstation remotely for diagnostic and resolution purposes
- Create ticket requests that route to the appropriate parties for approvals and fulfillment
- Provide hardware support for walk-in team members, such as replacing batteries, hard drives, or other components in laptops
- Assist with password resets and software installations
- Provide Level 1 website assistance for dealers on our Business-to-Business website
- Provide Level 1 assistance with IOS and Android devices as requested
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures in English. Ability to print legibly in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve problem solving, only recognizing there is a problem.
