We are ideally looking for a person with previous experience of answering calls on a Helpdesk, providing a good level of administration and an understanding of capacity planning. The successful candidate will be able to work well in a team environment and offer great customer service skills. The candidate will receive continued training and would be expected to challenge themselves to progress further.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
