Hyreus Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Design Delivery Manager in Cornwall.
Role/Responsibilities:
You will be a positive professional team player with excellent resource and project management skills.
Ability and previous experience working with Bidding and Estimating departments to increase bid success rate.
Responsibility to establish positive, profitable relationships with all key stakeholders.
Dedication to our clients and the surrounding communities is vital to this role.

You will be directly involved in helping to identify and develop affordable, innovative, and low carbon solutions.
The Candidate:
Chartered or Incorporated Engineer, Degree level qualification in a Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
A strong successful background in Civil Engineering and Utilities Sectors.
Experience with delivery of projects, strategies, and design standards.
Capable of developing and leading numerous multi-disciplined design teams.
Budget and project management experience.
Commercials, contracts (NEC3) and risk management experience.
Excellent Track record of building strong sustainable stakeholder and client relationships.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £55,000.00-£63,000.00 per year
