We are currently seeking an accomplished healthcare consultant to join our award-winning team.
If you are an experienced management consultant with proven expertise in cutting through
complexity to deliver long term healthcare strategy, change and service transformation, this is the
role for you!
The Opportunity
Working independently or as part of a team, our healthcare consultants work in partnership with
NHS leaders and teams. Incorporating your knowledge of national policy, you will work
collaboratively to develop new ideas and turn them into a compelling story for change, with actions
that deliver sustainable transformation and improvement. The position is home based with some travel depending on client needs. We also offer a competitive benefits package along with fantastic opportunities to develop your career.
About You
Passionate about improving the NHS, the successful candidate will have experience in strategy,
consulting and programme and project management. Using your consulting experience, you will be
highly adept working with customers across the lifecycle of projects and programmes to deliver
outstanding results. With significant experience of working in or with the NHS, you will be expert in delivering strategy projects in an NHS setting, comfortable working with data and can engage and build strong
relationships with healthcare professionals both clinical and non-clinical, service users and NHS
partners. You will understand and share our culture and business model, motivated by what we do and share
the same values as we do.
