To help make that happen, we have an exciting opportunity for a First Point of Contact : Call Handler to join our growing team in Calderdale Open Minds We're looking for someone with experience of working in an administrative role and/or a supportive/caring role, has an awareness of the range of emotional health problems which can affect children, young people and their families and recognisies and values difference amd diversity.

The successful cadidate will be the first point of contact for phone calls into the service – this will involve providing a helpful response enquiries, and passing calls to duty clinicians where appropriate and providing daily cover for incoming calls/emails/letters from young people, parents/carers, GPs, school staff, social workers, and other professionals
Hours are 35 per week , though 28 hours would be considered. Cover Monday through to Friday.
