*** Experienced Healthcare Assistants Required ** £12ph (including holiday accrual pay)
We are currently recruiting experienced and caring healthcare assistants to work at our client - Residential Care Home in Romford, Essex.
We offer full time position, temporary to permanent, 35 hours a week, every other weekend off, 7h shifts.
This is a fantastic opportunity to progress and provide exceptional and person-centred care for the elderly residents who have a range of varying and sometimes challenging needs, such as; Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Mental Health Conditions, Physical Disabilities and end of life care.
Your duties will include:
· Assisting With Personal Care.
· Actively promote the prevention of cross infection and safety
· Companionship – Interacting positively with our residents is essential.
· Reporting to senior staff and manager.
· Always Ensuring safety of residents and staff
