We have vacancies for Debt Advisors/Helpline Advisors to join our team NOW, with interviews taking place ASAP!
Our trained Advisors engage with our clients (either by telephone, email or Live Chat) to fully understand their personal and financial circumstances, create a sustainable budget for them to live by, providing advice about which debt solution will be most suitable for them on their journey towards a debt-free life.
Actively listening and gaining the client’s trust and commitment is an essential part of the role. This will be achieved by your mix of empathy and active listening with clear, accurate communication and an expert level of technical knowledge about our products and services.
You will be expected to put the client at their ease, reassuring them and ensuring that we highlight the most appropriate route for them to take. You will speak to a variety of clients and many will be vulnerable and require additional support.
You will be communicating with our clients for most of your working day - either on the telephone or online via email / Live Chat.
Previous customer service experience is a must. Dealing with customers on inbound / outbound calls and / or via email / Live Chat is desirable. We do a mix of inbound and also pro-active outbound contact, so previous experience working on a dialler would be beneficial. We are looking for people who may have a basic understanding of debt solutions, may have previous experience in an accountancy or may have had previous experience of running their own business – this would all be an advantage, however not essential as full training is provided for you. Equally we would be keen to hear from candidates who have languages skills.
Our roles are based in our head office in Grantham.
We are available to support our clients between 8am -8pm Mon – Fri and 9am-3pm on Saturdays. We have a range of shifts covering those hours.
