Initially as a Consultant in the team, your role will involve:

  • Working directly with our clients to understand their business through the creation of use cases, process flows, documenting pain-points and defining user needs
  • Leading the development of requirement
  • Acting as the go-to between the end-users, stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Proposing solutions to challenges, working with stakeholder to gain buy-in and using delivery methodologies to deliver iterative improvements
  • Supporting the resolution of risks and issues impacting delivery

As your role progresses, you will be:

  • Contributing to the go-to-market strategy for Content Intelligence
  • Managing, maintaining and growing strong relationships with clients and software vendors/suppliers
  • Leading and developing junior talent to become future leaders within our team
  • Optionally, you may choose to become a technology specialist, becoming a subject matter expert covering design, delivery and support

All applicants must be willing and eligible to apply and obtain UK security clearance to Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV) level, if not holding an existing clearance.

Essential:

  • Experience working in a consulting or advisory role
  • Experience in Business Analyst role to elicit and manage requirements, discover as-is business processes, or design features for delivery
  • Practical knowledge in a key discipline e.g., Process Digitisation or Service Design
  • Experience in building and maintaining stakeholder / client relationships
  • Demonstrate high organisational skills and a methodical approach to problem solving
  • Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and innovatively with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Demonstrate strong communication including spanning technical and business language barriers
  • Demonstrable experience in using tools (JIRA / confluence / Project / Excel) to manage designs and requirements

Desirable:

  • Professional qualifications / certifications: BCS Business Analysis, SCRUM alliance certification in Product Ownership
