Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Senior Care Assistant to join our Cardiology Team. The post holder will be working in a role across Cardiology, based primarily in the community, visiting clients in their homes. Patients with heart failure will be the predominate, but not exclusive, patient group. The healthcare assistant will work closely with the Cardiology Nurse Specialists.
The role will vary but encompass a five-day working week (no shifts) with direct patient care and assessment, alongside some administrative duties around patient visits. Guidance and the clinical oversight will be provided and support where needed. There is an expectation of self-motivation and organisational skills.
