More about your role
As an Operations Manager for Places Management, you will be responsible for making sure all operational activities are productive, effective and value for money and in cohesion with business needs.
You will directly manage budget, performance, and productivity of all operational trade staff in your region and work closely with the schedulers and wider asset management team to optimise our presence in our communities.

Due to the nature of this role, it requires specialist and technical knowledge. You will naturally use your initiative to tackle problems to achieve the best possible solution. You will manage and lead all service areas in repairs; responsive, voids, emergency, planned works working collaboratively with landscapes, contracts and investment.
You will be well versed in nurturing a positive culture across the wider team by being always being professional and transparent leader through engagement. You will be motivated by providing coaching, development and managing your team to ensure positive customer outcomes.
