FIXED TERM – 6 months
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health Care Assistant to join the Community Treatment and Assessment Clinics Team. The team is based within various locations across Angus.
Working within a team you will provide care and support to patients and support to their carers within a clinic setting.
Angus Health and Social Care Partnership is in the implementation phase of Transforming Primary Care Services and part of this new work is to develop and embed a new model to provide treatment room care for patients in Angus. You will have a desire to work in the community, be well organised and have excellent communication skills as well as experience of working within a health or social care setting.
