Frances Bolitho is brand new, purpose-built Dementia nursing care home with a small 12 bedded residential care facility next door. Situated in a beautiful location in the South West of Cornwall. Bolitho is first and foremost a home for all of our residents. Our belief is that people with dementia need to feel safe, secure and comfortable whilst also feeling the people surrounding them understand their needs and communication methods.
We’re seeking to recruit some great new Health Care Assistants; people with the right values and behaviours to work in our residential care home – could this be you?
Previous experience not essential, we’re happy to work with you to help you develop your skills and knowledge and support you to further your career in health and social care.

The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our residents are individuals and they all deserve to be treated as such. However, as a general guide, duties will include support with personal care needs, as well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, watching the footie, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions

Pay Scale
- £10.40 per hour days £11.40 nights
- £13.00 per hour on Weekends days £14.25 nights
- £20.80 per hour on Bank Holidays days £22.80 nights
