Richmoe Healthcare is a family owned care provider based in Hampshire. We provide personal care and companionship to the elderly , the vulnerable and people with learning disability and Autism living in their own homes and their community throughout Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire.
Due to increase in demand for our services, we are currently hiring home care assistants for immediate start. If you're passionate about providing a service that is not only well paid but also provides you with fantastic job satisfaction, then we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a care assistant include:
- Providing care and support
- Promoting independence
- Personal care support
- Medication support
- Meal preparation
- Home support tasks
- Dementia & Alzheimer’s support
- Stroke recovery support
- Providing palliative care
- Learning disability support
- Mental health support

Requirements
- Clean driver's licence (job may involve driving from one service's user house to another's within the same day)
- Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care
- IELTS (Minimum B1 level pass)
- TB Test
- Police clearance
Tier 2 Sponsorship available for UK based & overseas candidates.
Please note:
Based on the nature of the role we are required to do DBS checks on all employees prior to starting employment - onboarding timescales are based around times taken for DBS Clearance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Salary: £12.00-£22.00 per hour
