Cleaning Operative
Salary: £10.42 p.h
Working days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 12.5hrs weekly rising to 15hrs weekly
Location: Bradford BD1 3HT
Reporting to the Team Leader, your main responsibility will be to deal with basic maintenance/repair issues and handyman type of tasks as well as taking care of the building and providing a cleaning service. You will also complete weekly testing such as fire alarm testing and complete the relavent paperwork.
Key accountabilities:
· Identify customers issue and through consultation and agreement with the customer and Team Leader, devise and implement suitable plans to ensure the identified issue is addressed.
· Investigate and complete all existing repair orders and maintenance requests.
· Deal with reactive, planned & remedial works.
· Ensure customer satisfaction around repairs and maintenance.
· Customer service skills.
· Work in accordance with all relevant legislation, policies & procedures and guidelines.
· To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work including working outside office hours to get a premises ready for staff etc.
· To work independently and use own initiative
