Job description

Primrose Bank Care Home is an award winning, family owned, residential care home that has an ever growing reputation for specialising in the provision of high quality care and is rated Good with the CQC.

As a Care Assistant you will ensure that care, our services, and operational arrangements are maintained in line with all procedures, standards, requirements, and legislation. You will provide vital care and support at night, to ensure our residents are comfortable and feel safe. You will deliver person-centred, individualised care, evaluating the care needs as required by residents. You will work alongside our team of existing care staff to provide high-quality, person centered care to our residents

The position is full time, averaging 42 hours per week. Shifts are 8am to 8pm on a 3 on 3 off basis

You don’t need to have previous experience or qualifications in care, what is truly important is that you are passionate, compassionate, and motivated and want to make a real difference to people living within your community.
