Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
Our Onboarding Relations Managers are at the forefront of communication with nurses, acting as the initial point of contact before they engage with Compliance and Candidate Relations teams. In this integral telesales role, you will play a crucial part in maximising the number of hours applied to the NHS, ultimately driving the overall business performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cultivate and foster relationships with newly registered candidates, understanding their needs and effectively communicating the opportunities that Enferm can provide.
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance Enferm's lead generation strategies.
  • Resolving queries from potential candidates quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective candidates using the CRM system
  • Proactively manage and nurture a select group of interested candidates, providing ongoing support throughout the process
  • Transform challenges into mutually beneficial solutions, effectively overcoming potential obstacles
  • Collaborate with the Compliance and Candidate Relations team to facilitate seamless progression for nurses, such as arranging communication between candidates and internal departments
  • Develop professional relationships with colleagues, ensuring timely and informative exchange of necessary information
  • Identify and seize opportunities to register new nurses with Enferm, actively taking the required steps to onboard them successfully

  • Commercial awareness - Can articulate the vision and mission and has a basic understanding of internal operational and financial considerations. Follows guidance to ensure outcomes are aligned to the strategic vision.
  • Critical thinking/problem solving - Draws on experience and data to solve problems and to devise solutions, systems and processes aligned to divisional objectives.

Knowledge, skills, and experience

Client Knowledge - Has a good working knowledge of our clients in each region. Only refers to internal knowledge base to find out complex information about clients. Has a basic understanding of hospital requirements.

Qualifying Leads & Objection Handling - Can use their client and business knowledge to qualify leads, ensuring we have work that is suitable for the lead. Can handle basic objections, but refers to senior colleagues for more complex objections.

Onboarding process - Can give prospects a detailed overview of the process and what is required of them. Can give accurate guidance to prospects on the documentation that will be required, and can spot obvious errors with documents that have been submitted. Relies on the compliance team and senior colleagues for more complex queries.

There are no essential qualifications or registrations required for this role, and relevant experience is preferred but not essential.
