Job description
To be part of a wider team of Customer Service Advisor's providing customers and members of the association with a high standard of customer service.
This post is a 12 month fixed contract, providing maternity cover.
Main Activities:
1. Dealing with customer queries, comments and complaints.
2. Answering incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner in line with quality objectives.
3. Providing assistance and support to customers, members, learners and Approved Training Centre's.
4. Liaising with members and Approved Training Centre's on a regular basis to maintain good relationships.
5. Administrating learner applications, course results and any other administrational duties.
6. Monitoring and answering incoming emails on a daily basis.
7. Maintaining high standards of confidentiality.
8. Communicating information to customers in a timely and appropriate manner.
9. Maintaining continual professional development by attending the various online learning courses provided.
10. Attending and contributing to relevant meetings.
11. Any other duties as required.
