CONTEXT
To be the first point of contact for our firm. Our Receptionist duties include managing a busy Reception at our head office in Epping and offering reception support across the firm. Coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence, taking, receiving and redirecting phone calls through the busy switchboard. Welcoming and greeting clients and visitors to the building, and directing them appropriately. Monitoring our suite of meetings rooms and conference room, to ensure they are always clean, tidy, and presentable. Providing exceptional client care and support to colleagues. There will be some additional administrative support where typing or transcription is required.
Duties
· Welcoming and greeting clients and visitors, and directing them appropriately
· Notifying colleagues of client and visitor arrivals
· Managing all calls to Reception effectively and efficiently with client care being paramount
· Managing telephone system
· Keeping a clean safe and professional Reception
· Update calendars and schedule meetings
· Assisting the Business Team with administrative support throughout

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
