Job description
We are looking for someone who wants to make a positive difference. Our staff are people who are motivated to make a positive impact on people's health and well-being. The healthcare assistant staff will be able to deliver care with compassion and be enthusiastic and patient.
There a mixture of roles within our agency. The roles include support work and placement within care homes certain. The candidate will support people with autism and dementia and care for older people in a care home.
This is an exciting role since every day is different.
Responsibilities
Attending to the client with high standards of care.
Administering personal care and observing the client's dignity and respect are maintained.
Ensuring that moving people handling and movements of clients follow correct practices.
Encourage clients to be part of recreational and social duties.
You will join our staff, who are dedicated, trustworthy, and friendly. They are always keen to listen and provide professional and self-centred care.
