What you will be doing:
- Assisting with the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
- Participating in the planning and execution of projects to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinating and communicating with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Managing schedules and workflow to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Assisting with the training and development of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Collaborating with other managers to identify and implement strategies for growth and success.
