We are simply looking for the best Bar Manager in the game to lead a team of incredible bartenders.
You’ll have a real passion for detail and know how to get the best out of your team by coaching and training them. Corporate events are a huge part of our business so we need someone who’s confident in running large scale events and isn’t nervous around high volume sales.
We are looking for someone who’s passionate about developing their team and encouraging everyone to put themselves out there, regardless of how long they’ve been with the brand. Rota, Stock, Team management all come within your bracket.
ABOUT YOU.
- MUST HAVE Bar Manager Experience within the hospitality industry.
- You have incredibly strong organisation skills and nothing falls through the net with you leading a venue and team.
- You understand GPs controls, labour budgets and controllable/fixed costs. Plus you'll understand how to manage these effectively!
- You’re obsessed with attention to detail & think the small things matter.
- You bring the best out in your team – You manage your talent pipeline to deliver on our commitments of internal progression.
