At Aster care we offer 24 hour nurse led healthcare and we have developed a reputation for excellence and compassion in our care.
We support people with complex health conditions and neurological injuries as well as Dementia and General Nursing Care within a comfortable and modern facility.
We are currently looking to expand out team of Healthcare assistants.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a unique environment and gain a wide variety of experience of nursing care.
We provide an ongoing high quality training program gaining both formal qualifications and practical skills as you work alongside experienced professionals.
The role involves working under the guidance of a senior carer or registered nurse you will be responsible for the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of our residents.
You will offer care and support for the personal needs of our residents such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and helping with meals.
This also involves keeping accurate daily records and observing care plan needs for each individual.
