We are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to be part of our Health and Safety Team at Imperial. You will be providing expert Health and Safety advice, guidance and support to ensure the Trust is able to provide a safe environment for staff, patients and visitors.
You will be passionate about Health and Safety and communicating this to support front line staff to deliver safe, effective and high quality care, whilst driving continuous and quality improvement through effective and established systems of Health and Safety.
The role will work within our Health and Safety team and be based on our hospital sites, giving you chance to interact with staff to drive continuous and quality improvement through effective systems of Health and Safety.

The Health and Safety Managers will support the Head of Health and Safety in the development and implementation and maintenance of all relevant Health and Safety Policies, Procedures, Protocols and Guidelines in relation to the management of Health and Safety. The post holder will provide specialist advice and guidance in respect to the delivery of Health and Safety arrangements, guidance, systems and procedures for the Trust.
The Health and Safety Manager will assist in the management and monitoring of the Trust’s Health and Safety risks and, working closely with Divisions, Corporate Directorates, Senior Managers, Line Managers, Technical Specialists, Staff and Contractors to ensure that the risk profile is reflective of operational and organisational Health and Safety risks.
