We're looking for a Head of Private Clients to:
- Lead a team of talented private bankers in Jersey
- Further develop an already strong local franchise with private clients, trust companies and family offices
- Maintain and improve operational efficiencies and risk management
Your team
You'll be leading the Private Clients team in Jersey. Consisting of six bankers with appropriate administrative support, the team has a strong position in Jersey market and ample scope to grow further.

Your expertise
The successful candidate will have demonstrated success as a desk head or equivalent at a private bank or investment management firm.
- Proven ability to inspire a team to achieve ever-increasing commercial success
- Proven ability to work as a member of a senior management team of a regulated entity
- Deep understanding of private banking products and services, and how they meet the needs of different types of clients
- Enthusiasm for creating and building deep client relationships
- Understanding of the inherent risks of private banking and interest in making certain they are properly mitigated
