Customer Relations Assistant for Central Services
Hybrid working, with at least 3 days a week working in Head Office or a Field Studies Council Centre.
Up to £21,625 (pro-rata) per annum, dependent on experience
Up to 37.5 hours per week, although part time applications welcomed.

What you’ll be doing
We are seeking a Customer Relations Assistant to work in our central Sales and Customer Relations team. The main purpose of the role will be to assist with responding to booking enquiries for groups at our locations across the UK. As the first point of contact for our customers we expect our Customer Relations Assistants to deliver the highest level of customer service and care at all times to assist with building relationships and ensuring rebooking targets are met.
The post holder will require a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, to include English & Maths, or appropriate vocational experience. Previous experience of working within an administrative/customer service or sales role will be essential and some experience of using CRM systems or databases is preferred.
