Boeing Global Enterprise Services (BGES) provide internal services to >100 global locations, in 35 countries, ensuring safe, secure & compliant operations in an effective and efficient delivery model for our stakeholder communities. The team reports into Boeing Global, supporting regional teams and works in close collaboration with Enterprise Services, Global Real Estate, Facilities and Asset Management, Indirect Supply Chain, Enterprise Financial Services, Security & Fire Protection, IT&DA and HR Services to deliver global capability.
To assist with the smooth running of this global function, we are a seeking a high performer to work with Director of BGES to develop planning and execution of functional activities and initiatives. The business operations specialist will partner with BGES leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
Responsibilities:-
Plan, organize and lead THE International Asset Management Board meetings for capital approvals for BGES-managed leases worldwide. Agenda, read ahead, note taking, actions and capital $ tracking
Design & maintain the BGES operating cadence. Plan, organize and run regional, functional meetings on a recurring basis.
Monthly collect inputs from each region around the five operational pillars for BGES: Best Team & Talent; Deliver Service Excellence; Enhance Operational Excellence; Optimize Global Infrastructure; Cost Effective Operations. Create a consolidated Tier 1, Tier 2 scorecards & associated slides
Regular contact with Business Operations counterparts around the world, as well as outreach to regional leaders, business managers and functional partners on the leadership team. Developing best practices and solving others concerns
Plan and execute all-hands meetings, round tables and team offsites.
Provide operational support to the International Functional Council. Consolidate the monthly financial report into a consolidated 1 page exec summary, update the Utilization & Occupancy data. Input financial data into the 3 year major items tool and analyze for anomalies. Support Long Range Business Plan.
Maintain the real estate portfolio actual & headcount forecast, utilization data & footprint optimization – Support LRBP (Cap Ex, + Lease$)
Consolidate the Qtrly Long Range People Plan from regional leader inputs, create single document – identify changes & report
Act as an integration point to the Enterprise services team and provide US perspectives to the International team
Collect inputs from regions, create consolidated 4 panel – work with BGES leader to agree content, forward to BI Bus-Ops ahead of BI meetings

Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Strong analytical skills to collect and synthesize information, develop recommendations to solve complex problems
Strong planning and organizing skills with attention to details
Proactive, self-motivated and result-driven
Strong operational, financial and project management acumen and skills
Ability to drive action and accountability in a matrixed organization
Good understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Professional level fluency English
Ability to travel internationally 10%-15%
Experience working abroad or in an international setting
