Are you looking for an exciting leadership opportunity in the field of medical education?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to be the Head of Operations - Cumbria School of Medicine
Imperial College London and University of Cumbria have formed a partnership to open a new medical school to develop and deliver the Cumbria School of Medicine. The first students start a bespoke 4-year post graduate MBBS programme in 2025/26. Applying Imperial’s expertise in medical education and University of Cumbria’s experience in training nurses, midwives and other professions allied to medicine, we aim to produce doctors who are embedded in their local community ready to contribute to services across the region and beyond.
As the Head of Operations you will work closely with the Head of School, and in collaboration with colleagues and partners across the University of Cumbria, Imperial College London and the NHS, to turn the strategic vision of the Cumbria School of Medicine into an operational reality.
This is an exceptional opportunity to help shape the delivery of this unique Medical School, which is a collaboration between Imperial College London and the University of Cumbria.
