We are looking for a Head of Marketing and Brand to join our team who will be:

• Leading, developing and managing the Demelza brand.
• Growing awareness of our vision and mission.
• Supporting the organisation in achieving our ambitious 5-year strategy in doing more, reaching more and increasing income generation.

This role is instrumental in planning and delivering high-quality marketing campaigns, providing marketing and brand support to all teams.

You will:

• Create, develop, project manage and evaluate all departmental marketing plans across Demelza.
• Lead on hero marketing campaigns, working to maximise key activities across channels and audiences to deliver efficiencies, opportunities and cut.
• Lead your team on the development and management of digital marketing, advertising and social channels including creation of paid and organic content and review of analytics to ensure maximisation of performance.
