About the role…
Working with the HR Director, you will support the leadership of the HR team and people related initiatives across the business. You’ll help facilitate the delivery of our plan that underpins the HR Vision/Strategy and wider needs of the business.
We’re in good place… and we want to get better and better. High on the list for the year ahead are enhancing our branding/ candidate experience, the launch of a new Employee Satisfaction Survey (and related activity), our EDI Strategy, Wellbeing… and continuing to help drive down employee turnover!
About you…
Passionate about people, you will have the energy and drive to bring the best solutions to our people – that drive employee engagement and guest experience. From the moment a candidate applies and then the whole life cycle of employment, you will want to help create the finest experience and the best reputation for our brand.
You will have experience in a similar HR role and a proven pedigree in the likes of Talent Acquisition, Equality, Diversity Inclusion, Wellbeing and additional activity that have increased employee engagement.

Location: Flexible but with UK travel as required and occasional central meetings in the Newcastle area.
