Job description
We provide expert direction in relation to all cost matters. Ranging from recovery through to negotiation, points of dispute, provisional assessments, detailed assessment hearings, Joint Settlement Meetings and Mediations. We have a tenacious approach to cost saving. In particular, we are leading the way with the innovative use of technology to generate management information, resulting in robust, decisive recommendations for third party cost negotiations and cost case management.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for a caseload of primarily litigated insurance costs work which will be a mix of RTA,EL/PL and Housing Disrepairs cases to include preparing points of dispute, replies, preparation of bills of costs, cost budgets and negotiations. Advocacy experience and membership of the ACL not necessary although would be an advantage.

Salary: £20,919.56-£45,756.33 per year
