The Head of Colleague Experience is responsible for creating and implementing strategies and campaigns that drive colleague cultural change to significantly improve employee experience. You'll drive the transformation initiatives that increase engagement, recognition and build a culture of trust on our journey to a Better BA.
Key duties
- Be the Group expert and a trusted partner on colleague experience, culture and engagement including advice and governance of key engagement principles, approaches, tools, insights and solutions
- Accountable, alongside other members of PLT, for turning the strategic pillar of Colleague Centricity into a compelling colleague experience
- Lead the strategy for raising the profile and awareness of the importance of colleague engagement and experience across the business
- Identify and manage key deliverables, including an integrated approach to gathering colleague data and insights, formulating action plan providing regular progress updates
- Drive senior level agreement and action to ensure high levels of engagement and collaboration, to implement action plans which drive up eNPS, engagement and OHI
- Devise the strategy for and deliver colleague insights via Reality Check and OHI and other people data, ensuring that BA is constantly adapting and improving.
- Work with HR and others to identify how to turn insights into actions, ensuring local accountability for actions and results
- Leads a team of colleague engagement, and insights professionals to enhance culture and colleague experience.
About you
- Professionally qualified or broad based business qualification or equivalent experience. Practical and significant experience in successful colleague engagement
- Experience in developing, delivering, and commissioning wellbeing and engagement to a variety of audiences.
- Experience of analysing complex data to inform appropriate interventions.
- Understands organisational dynamics
- Delivers quality and strives for continuous improvement
- Builds strong relationships with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Able to make effective recommendations based on data and analysis
- Expertise in enterprise recognition scheme and platforms
- Expertise working with colleague survey platforms and eNPS data mining
- Solution focused problem solving, action orientated with high energy, pace, agility, and pragmatism
